Liz Plosser is the editor-in-chief of Women’s Health magazine. She has been in the wellness industry for 15 years. Previously, she oversaw digital strategy as SVP of Content at the digital wellness and lifestyle brand Well+Good. Prior to that, she was the Senior Director of Content & Communications at SoulCycle. She is the former Deputy Editor of SELF, and before that she helped earn Cosmopolitan its first-ever national magazine award at the helm of the global brand’s health.
