  1. Blueberries: “Blueberries possess one of the highest antioxidant contents of any fruit or vegetable,” Mia Syn MS, RD, a registered dietitian who frequently consults with Suja’s nutrition team, confirms. “Their antioxidants neutralize free radicals in the body; this means they may be able to protect against oxidative damage and inflammation cause by exercise.”
  2. Turmeric: “Turmeric is a staple in Indian diets and used in the Indian Ayurvedic medicinal tradition for its cleansing and purifying properties,” Mia reminds.

  4. Ginger: According to Mia, research suggests that ginger may help reduce pain and inflammation caused by exercise, aid in digestion and boost your immune system.
  5. Beets: Beets are a pretty color (vibrant foods are great for good health) and they’re super easy to blend into a smoothie. Even more, “Beets are high in immunity-boosting vitamin C, fiber, and essential minerals like potassium, which are essential for healthy nerve and muscle function, along with manganese, which is important for your bones, liver, kidneys and pancreas.”

4 Grab and Go Drinks That’ll Give You Feel Good Powers

More of the grab and go type? Here are four drinks to look for—all of them have good for you nutrients that’ll give you a big boost.
