Guiliana Rancic Joins the World of Clean Beauty with the Launch of Fountain of Truth
In a move that further proves that the momentum behind clean beauty is only continuing to build, Guiliana Rancic, co-host of E! News, has just launched a new line of clean skincare, Fountain of Truth.
Guiliana, who at 36 was diagnosed with breast cancer, discovered that finding trustworthy nontoxic products that worked the way she wanted was a challenge. Like so many other founders in the green beauty community, she found necessity was the mother of invention. When she became frustrated with her findings, she set out to create the skincare line she was seeking. In her search for safety and efficacy, Fountain of Truth was born.
Guiliana has partnered with Hain Celestial—whose portfolio includes natural brands such as JASON, Avalon Organics, Alba Botanica and Almond Dream—to create the full line of nontoxic products infused with natural ingredients, including botanicals to target specific skincare concerns. “My dream has come true to create a clean skincare line that you and I can both trust,” Guiliana said in a press release. “Fountain of Truth is made up of effective formulas that utilize advanced skin care technology and powerful botanicals from around the globe. It’s a personal journey for me that will change the way you look and feel about skincare.”
The full Fountain of Truth product range features its Super Bio-Ferment Complex, which includes iron, zinc, magnesium, copper and wakame seaweed to improve the look and feel of skin’s texture, luminosity and to help skin look plumper—and more youthful. Its hero product, The TRUTH Insta-Face Lift Elixir, is described by the brand as “a lightweight, botanically charged treatment that can help your skin fight the visible signs of aging without a visit to the medi-spa.” Spilanthes Acmella flower extract and black cumin seed oil figure prominently in the treatment, as well, to help improve overall radiance.
With more than a year spent formulating Fountain of Truth to be free of SLS, phthalates, petrolatum, formaldehyde, silicones, mineral oil, DEA, phosphates, artificial dyes, PEGs or synthetic fragrances, the line has launched with the elixir and will soon feature a face mask, moisturizer with SPF 15, mask, cleansing balm and hand cream, and can be found exclusively on fountainoftruthbeauty.com.
