Blair Badenhop is the founder of Blair Badenhop, Inc., a global brand strategy and copywriting destination for wellness entrepreneurs. She has supported 200+ coaches, best-selling authors and million-dollar businesses in the elevation and creation of meaningful and authentic brand identities and compelling copy for website and course launches. She’s also the mastermind of Your Wellness Brand, a 10-week group mentorship program that teaches wellness entrepreneurs how to leverage their purpose and personalities to stand out online. Plus, she’s the host of the Brand Yourself podcast where she gives listeners a behind-the-scenes look at what female entrepreneurs have done to build their businesses and create distinct personal brands. Blair Badenhop will be sharing her branding wisdom with fellow wellness entrepreneurs at the WELL Summit in Brooklyn on October 5 & 6, and we can’t wait to learn from her. Until then, let’s get to know her a little bit more.

What are you known for, Blair? 

I specialize in helping  entrepreneurs stand out in the wellness industry through business mentorship, brand clarity and copywriting services. My approach is both intuitive and cerebral, meaning my clients are taught to lead with their instincts to clarify their business vision and then leverage strategy to bring who they really are to life in their brands. Authenticity is what makes each of us magnetic, so it’s important to create a brand that is 100 percent you and not a “version” of some celeb in the industry.

What would WELL Summit attendees be surprised to learn about Blair Badenhop? 

Oh, so many things! I’ve been journaling and writing since I was in third grade. I sneeze almost every time I eat chocolate. I went skydiving in Switzerland and jumped out of a helicopter. And I’ve hung out with Michael Cera from Superbad.

What are you teaching at this year’s WELL Summit?

I’ll be teaching all about creating an authentic wellness brand. When you step into entrepreneurship, it’s easy to get caught in the comparison trap, believing that in order to be successful you have to follow in someone else’s footsteps. The truth is, your success and impact ultimately come down to being a trailblazer—more specifically, being the REAL YOU. It’s in leading with unbridled authenticity that you become magnetic and gain the power to stand out from the crowd—and when you bring that to life online, you’re unstoppable. I can’t wait to share more about it!

What’s your favorite ritual for health?

Being in nature. There’s nothing more grounding than taking a walk, putting my feet in the grass or swimming in the ocean. It’s truly the best medicine especially when all of us are SO connected to technology and touch screens all day long.

What are you hoping to empower Summit attendees with?    

I want to inspire attendees to be themselves and truly recognize the value in that. It’s not only a confidence builder, but it’s an asset when you have a personal brand. Being who you are, aligning with your truth and sharing that with your community and the world is the secret to magnetizing what’s meant for you in business and life.
