My beauty philosophy is…

Beauty to me means feeling good from the inside out. Our external appearance is so interlinked with what is happening on the inside, so for me beauty starts from inside both physically and energetically.

First thing in the morning, I…

Drink the large glass of water that I keep by my bedside, followed by an organic, low-acid black coffee, whilst reading something educational or inspirational.

My morning skincare routine

Washing with a gentle face wash (currently Indie Lee Brightening Cleanser), spritzing with Josh Rosebrook Hydrating Accelerator, then moisturizing with Josh Rosebrook Tinted Nutrient Day Cream SPF 30. For the body, I love Organic Bath Co.’s PeaceFull Body Butter.

My morning haircare routine

Umm, does dry shampoo and a messy bun count as a routine? But I also use Feed My Roots by Yarok!

My morning makeup routine

Usually just Josh Rosebrook Tinted Nutrient Day Cream SPF 30, but if I have an event I use Vapour Atmosphere Luminous Foundation, Vapour Solar Translucent Bronzer and Vapour Halo Illuminator. I tame my brows with Jane Iredale Brow Gel, and my go to lip color is Rue by Rituel De Fille.

My favorite beauty tip

I’m such a believer in beautiful skin from within, so I recommend to all my clients to eat a clean diet rich in protein, great fats and micronutrients from an abundance of fruit and vegetables. Good gut health and great sleep are also key for healthy glowing skin. And never leave home without dry shampoo and a bright lip color just in case!
